I truly understand how life happens...and I've had my share of experiencing interference when attempting to get where I'm going. Before requesting any changes, please consider whether you are being knocked off your path and if you need a steadying word, let me know.
While I no longer accept cancellations (the fees are insane), I do accept requests to either reschedule or gift your session to another IF notice is sent via email 72HRS before your appointment, and rebooked within 30 days.
For example: if you are booked for 2pm on Tuesday, I must receive your request date stamped no later an 2pm on the Saturday before.
That allows me an opportunity to offer your time to another...or make alternative plans myself...I value my time, and yours.
